At Printfinity & Beyond Ltd, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for the majority of our deliveries, and here are the details:

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail, but if your item does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please get in touch with us, and we will assist in tracking your order.
We understand that sometimes things change. You may amend or cancel your order before it is dispatched, simply by contacting us as soon as possible. Once we’ve received your request, we will either make the changes or cancel your order and issue a refund.
After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended, but you may return it according to our returns policy outlined below.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Returns for Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, we will cover the costs of return shipping where a return is needed. You are entitled to a full refund on return or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for either a return or replacement item.
Returns for Non-Faulty Products: If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in their original condition and packaging. Once received, we will issue a refund for the product value, excluding the cost of the original shipping. If there is a reason a return could not be done within 14 days, please reach out to us and we will establish if an extended time return can be offered.
Bespoke Products: Please note that bespoke items, such as custom dice cases with names or other made-to-order products, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or have a production error. These items are personalised and cannot be resold.
Sealed Products: We cannot accept returns for sealed products once opened (e.g. Trading Card Game (TCG) booster packs). However, if your order contains both sealed and non-sealed items, we will accept the return of the non-sealed items and refund the value, excluding the price of the sealed items.
We take great care in ensuring that your order is dispatched promptly and securely. However, in the unlikely event that your order is lost or delayed in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
If your item is confirmed as lost, we will reimburse you for the lost item(s) and then claim for the loss with Royal Mail. We are committed to resolving such situations to the best of our ability.
As per consumer protection laws, we are legally required to cover return shipping costs for faulty or mis-sent items. For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packaged, and we recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the item arrives back to us safely.
